Time to let your voice be heard!

The future of NABJ starts on Monday, June 8.

Yes. That's the first day you can vote online for the 2009 NABJ elections.

And yes. I'm asking that you cast your ballot for me as your next NABJ Secretary.

  • First, you want an NABJ secretary with detailed ideas on how to improve communication between the organization and its members.

  • Second, you want an NABJ secretary that has made time in his schedule to deal with the various issues affecting our members.

  • Third, you want an NABJ secretary that will be at board meetings taking detailed and accurate notes that make you feel as if you were at the meeting.

  • Lastly, you want an NABJ secretary that has your best interest in mind when he makes votes on the direction of the organization.

If you believe the aforementioned characteristics are vital for an NABJ Secretary, like I do, then I'm the person you want as the caretaker of this position from 2009-2011.

Vote online starting Monday, June 8.

Go to http://mynabj.org/

and you will need your NABJ membership ID number to vote. Your NABJ membership must be current in order to vote. If your membership has expired, you must renew it before July 1 in order to vote.

So, please renew your membership and please vote "Sherlon Christie for NABJ Secretary."

Thanks for your continued support and let's pull off one of the biggest upsets in the history of NABJ Elections.

Sincerely,
Sherlon Christie
